Hey guys, great job on the first BD of Digimon Adventure. It actually doesn’t look that bad, thank god Toei. Is there any chance you guys might create a Dual-Audio release though? Would love for my son (soon to be 4yr old) to be able to watch it in English.
Nope, I ended up losing the BDs in a hard drive crash and rather than re-download them, I decided to wait to get my Korean BD box. Now that I have that, I’ll look into maybe finishing them when I have more time.
Still have a lot of gaps in Gundam universal century… missing MS IGLOO 2, 0080: War in the Pocket, Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ, and a couple more. Any chance you’ll be filling it in?
We encourage the purchase of official releases whenever possible, and since Funi does their best to get them into people’s hands at affordable prices once the licensors like Sunrise stop dicking around and hand over the material, we see no need to distribute releases after Funi has rescued them. Continuing to distribute them would go contrary to that concept.
I’m aiming for next weekend, October 10th/11th. I have one more G-Reco book coming and a portable document scanner so I can scan it and then it’ll be ready.
Hi! Can you please release english subtitles for G-Saviour? I saw your torrent at nyaa.eu… Me and a lot of friends whose native lenguage isn’t inglish can’t watch it and manage to understand everything because there aren’t subtitles anywhere for this movie. Thanks in advance!
Hi OZC, I just got into Gundam and was supposed to get your encodes of it but then your torrent archive doesn’t seem to work now since the fall of the old nyaa. Are you going to fix your archive?
To be perfectly honest, it’s not high on my priority list right now, because most of my Gundam torrents have been retired due to US BD releases being made, and the few that haven’t, I have had to pull the posts down because of DMCA takedown requests from RightStuf. I might re-upload a few of the supported releases again in the future if we don’t get an announcement for BD releases (stuff like the Turn A films and the Gundam 0079 movie dubs) but stuff like 00 isn’t worth the effort to reupload since I have no idea if I still have local copies of the files and I expect BDs will be released eventually. I’m also waiting on reviving the SEED project now because it’s a lot of work and I want to see what RightStuf will do with it before I put all the work into the recut.
#1 Who cares if there are US BD releases? Transcodes are essential to preservation regardless of physical mediums.
#2 Who cares if you got DMCA takedown requests? Everything you post is equally illegal. That’s just oxymoronic if you’re obeying DMCA takedowns while still making more transcodes.
#3 Torrents don’t have to be “reuploaded”. If they’re not still being seeded there’s no demand for the product.
Normally, I wouldn’t bother to respond to these kinds of things because I’ve explained myself enough times over the course of 8 years, but what the hell, I’ll play ball.
1: I care. Seeing as I have to do the work, that’s all that matters. If I can buy a US BD, I have no need to spend the time and energy to encode something. If it matters so much to you, I suggest you take up encoding and then you don’t have to come around and whine like this.
2: I obey DMCA takedowns for the specific licenses they issue them against. I’m well aware that the encodes are illegal, but for years, no one even held the licenses for the shows I was encoding, which at worst made it a gray area.
3. Torrents have to be reuploaded when the tracker that 8 years of releases were tracked through shuts down and the seeder bases fracture in about 100 different directions. When Nyaa went down, anything I still supported and seeded become completely unmanaged, which means I don’t have an easy way of telling if there even are any seeders, short of hoping that peer exchange and DHT are working. Believe me, I know how torrents work.
1. Seems you don’t actually care — as is apparent from your history over the past year. And good job making assumptions that I’m not already an active encoder for a big place called passthepopcorn. Maybe you heard of it? /facepalm
2. Pathetic attempt at redemption, only makes us laugh at you more.
3. No they don’t. They never have to be “reuploaded”. If a tracker shuts down, you merely only have to add the hash to a new tracker and put that tracker in your current torrent — easily managed for perpetuity via magnet links. Either way it seems you don’t know how torrents work. Not to mention all nyaa torrents can be converted by simply changing a single letter in the tracker list. Good job failing at not one, not two, but three points!
You used to be a respected transcoder. Now you’re just a flop.
Have fun! 😀
It took you a year to reply, and that’s it? LOL
No one is forcing you to be here. If you don’t like OZC, go back to 4chan and troll there.
Can you upload the iso file of digimon adventure and digimon adventure movie?
And I wonder when will you upload digimon adventure file..please notice that.
(You will upload bluray mkv 1080p, right?)

You’ve posted in the wrong place. Digimon Adventure isn’t completed. If you look at the discussion thread for episode 1 us doing the dub is discussed.
iirc when it was dubbed it was also reedited, so a stright audio swap is likely not possible
Did you ever do all of the Tachikoma Days for season 2? i see a torrent for 1-5 on Nyaa but no more…

MS IGLOO 2: No interest due to lack of official subs. The encodes already out there are fine.
0080: Really no point in my doing it until a BD comes along because the R1 and JP DVDs are identical.
Unicorn: We have BDs with a dub on ’em, so I have no need to do them. Same goes for Origin.
ZZ: Considered doing it, but no plans at this time.
V: No interest due to lack of official subs.

Pleae reupload Code Geass in 1080p please.
Licensed by Funimation. Not gonna happen.
why don’t you just host the FUNimation tittles on xdcc bots like ginpachi/intel/kametsu? they will be happy to. your encodes are awesome!

I just wanted to say thanks for your work on Code Geass!
When can we expect the G Reco complete batch?

Wow, thank you, much appreciated
You’re not abandoning the Digimon Adventure Bluray releases right? Just a reply will do. I don’t want to wait for a release that ain’t gonna happen.
If we are going to cancel a release, it will be announced clearly on the site. If you haven’t seen a cancellation announcement, it’s not cancelled.

It’s not very high on my priority list, since that was a joke release I did 5 or so years ago that I’m not even sure I still have the encode for it.
So sad 🙁
Well, if you decide to do it someday we’ll be very thankful! Keep up the good work
Double Zeta (ZZ) PLEASE <3

You can reseed SD Gundam Sangokuden Brave Battle Warriors 720p second part torrent? I need it 🙁
what happened to your Cowboy Bebop release?
Pulled several years ago. Funimation licensed and released it.
You may wanna sticky a wordpress notice-style top banner so people will stop asking abt these licensed shows.

Hi, I understand your apprehension to re upload BD released Gundam series, but I’m searching all day for a torrent for the 0083 miniseries.
My hard drive just crashed yesterday while I’m halfway through it, so I’d really appreciate it if you could direct me to where I could get it again.
Cheers.
would or could you do the medabots series?
Not gonna happen since I have no interest in the show and I’ve just about retired outside of a handful of projects I intend to complete eventually.
